Use of this website
The content on this website is provided for information about Kosherlume products and services. Product descriptions, photographs and technical statements may be updated or refined without notice.
Quotations and orders
Submitting the inquiry form does not create an order. Prices, minimum order quantities, specifications, lead times and shipping terms are confirmed in a written quotation, and an order becomes binding only when both parties confirm it in writing.
Customized and OEM/ODM projects
Custom work is produced against the specification and samples you approve. Approval of a sample confirms the design, finish, marking and packaging for the production run.
Intellectual property
Kosherlume branding, product designs and website content remain the property of their owner. Client logos, artwork and specifications supplied for a project remain the property of the client and are used only to fulfil that project.
Product information
Product photography and descriptions are indicative. Compliance-related statements describe our engineering approach and the certification support we provide; specific certification documents for a product line are supplied on request together with the quotation.
Liability and governing terms
Liability relating to an order is defined in the order confirmation and any sales contract agreed for that order. These website terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of the operating company.
