How wholesale, institutional and OEM/ODM orders are produced, delivered and supported.
Ready stock
Items marked as ready stock ship from our warehouses and are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation. Availability is confirmed in your quotation before the order is placed.
Production orders
Customized units and OEM/ODM projects are produced to the approved specification. The production and lead time for each project is stated in the quotation, and sample approval is completed before mass production begins.
International delivery
We ship door-to-door worldwide through B2B logistics partners. Freight cost, shipping method and the applicable Incoterm are quoted per order, together with the customs documentation required for import.
Customs and duties
Import duties, taxes and clearance charges are payable by the buyer unless the quotation states otherwise. Where we quote delivered terms, the responsibilities are written into the order confirmation.
Inspection and claims
Please inspect every delivery on arrival. If a shipment arrives damaged or does not match the approved specification, contact us with your order number and photographs, within the claim period stated in your order confirmation. We will arrange replacement or an agreed credit.
Returns
Return eligibility, the return window and the allocation of return freight are defined in the order confirmation for each order. Customized and OEM/ODM production runs are made to your specification and are therefore not returnable, except where the delivered goods are defective or differ from the approved specification.
